An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Credit card payments are processed in real time. Bank transfer payments are not considered received until funds have cleared into the Sense Products account, which may take one to several business days.

If payment or communication regarding payment is not received within 5 business days of the order date, the order may be cancelled without further notice.
