Processing and dispatch

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods please allow up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery within Australia

We ship via Australia Post Express Post and Parcel Post. Estimated delivery times vary by location — Express Post typically arrives within 1–3 business days for most metropolitan areas, while Parcel Post may take longer depending on where you are.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.

Skin didn't love it? We know that skin is personal, and what works for one person doesn't always work for another. If you've tried a product and your skin isn't happy within 14 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll sort it out — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a refund. No lengthy explanations needed.

Received something faulty or damaged? If a product arrives broken, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit, and we'll cover all return postage costs.

Allergies and sensitivities? Please read the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing, particularly if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies. Full ingredient lists are listed on every product page. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, please reach out before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Wrong product ordered? If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, contact us before it's been dispatched and we'll do our best to fix it. Once an order has been sent, we're unable to redirect or exchange it, but get in touch and we'll find a solution together.
