Can I get advice on which product is right for my skin?
Yes — describe your skin type and any concerns in your message and we'll suggest where to start. If you're dealing with sensitivity, dryness, or have been reacting to other products, that's especially useful to know.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it, check your junk folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll let you know what's possible.
I've had a reaction to a product — what should I do?
Stop using the product and contact us straight away. Please also check the full ingredient list on the product page in case of a known allergy. We'll work with you to find a solution.
