Order Processing & Delivery

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order. Many orders are dispatched the same day they are received, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Your parcels are sent using Australia Post Express Post and Parcel Post in Australia. These have varying delivery times depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and this business accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss or damage arising from delays in processing or delivery. If you are concerned about the timing we encourage you to please contact us.

Dispatch of goods will not occur until payment for those goods has been received in full. Credit card payment occurs in real time while you wait. In the case of payment by bank deposit, payment is not received until funds have been cleared into the bank account. This can take from one to several days.

If payment for your order, or communication from you regarding your payment, is not received within 5 business days from the date of your order, it is assumed that you no longer wish to complete your purchase, and your order may be cancelled.

Prices and Tax (GST)

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice.
GST is charged for all products sold within Australia except where indicated. All delivery within Australia includes GST.

For orders outside Australia, GST is deducted from the prices displayed. You will see the deduction at checkout.

Returns and Refunds 

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. If you are dissatisfied in any way, or if a product did not meet your expectations, please email or call us as soon as possible with your feedback.

Please check all ingredients before purchasing, especially if you are prone to allergies. Unfortunately Sense products cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind about a product, or accidentally purchased the wrong one, so please choose carefully.

If a product breaks or is faulty we’re happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
